Invest In Your Beauty Rebate Program Rules:

1. Eligibility:

The "Invest In Your Beauty" Rebate Program (hereafter referred to as "the Program") is open to individuals who have inquired consultation through the Nuova platform and have subsequently purchased eligible services as specified by the program guidelines. Participants must have an active account on the Nuova platform to be eligible for the Program.

2. Rebate Tiers:

The Program consists of two separate rebate tiers: Tier 1: 5% rebate for sharing an image of your before and after transformation along with the corresponding receipt. Tier 2: 5% rebate for sharing a post with the community about your experience with the purchased service.

3. Submission Requirements:

For Tier 1 Rebate: Participants must submit a clear and genuine before-and-after image along with their purchase receipt. After images must depict the participant after the swelling has subsided post-surgery. Receipts are for verification purposes only and will not be made public.

For Tier 2 Rebate: Participants must share a post detailing their experience with the service purchased through the Program, with the aim of providing a helpful resource for the community. We encourage posts that are honest and transparent, as these types of posts will be most beneficial to the community. Posts should be shared within the designated community platform specified by the Program.

4. Claim Process:

To claim the rebates, participants must follow the submission guidelines outlined for each tier. Submissions must be made within the specified timeframe indicated by the Program.

5. Verification and Approval:

All submissions will be subject to verification by the Program administrators. Only genuine and valid submissions will be eligible for rebates. The decision of the Program administrators regarding the eligibility of submissions is final.

6. Rebate Distribution:

Rebates will be distributed to eligible participants via the method specified by the Program. Rebates will be issued within the designated timeframe specified by the Program.

7. Participant Rights:

Participants retain all rights to their submitted content. However, by participating in the Program, participants grant the Program the right to share their submissions for promotional purposes.

8. Program Changes and Termination:

The Program administrators reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants via the designated channels.

9. Compliance:

Participants must comply with all Program rules and guidelines to be eligible for rebates. Any violation of the Program rules may result in disqualification from the Program.
